Maltose Syrup, also known as malt sugar or di-glucose, is a disaccharide and a pure, concentrated, non-crystalline aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides. It is manufactured from edible corn starch and is extensively used in the food industry.

Product Description

Anhui Honor Biotechnology’s Maltose Syrup is a specially prepared enzyme-converted corn syrup with maltose as its primary carbohydrate. This high-maltose syrup is demineralized to ensure low levels of salt and sulfur dioxide (SO2). It enhances flavor, body, and texture, particularly when replacing sucrose in high concentrations. Maltose Syrup also provides resistance to color formation, moisture absorption, and crystallization, resulting in finished products with exceptional stability, clarity, and brilliance.

Storage

  • Store in a dry place under hygienic conditions.
  • Recommended to be stored in bulk at temperatures between 45-55°C to maintain product quality.
