It is produced from edible corn starch and is widely used in the food industry for its beneficial properties.

Product Description

Maltose Corn Syrup from Anhui Honor Biotechnology is a specially formulated, enzyme-converted corn syrup with maltose as its predominant carbohydrate. The syrup is demineralized to maintain low levels of salt and sulfur dioxide (SO2), enhancing its suitability for various food applications. This high maltose syrup is particularly effective at improving flavor, texture, and body, especially when replacing sucrose at high levels. It also provides resistance to color formation, moisture absorption, and crystallization in products such as hard candies, resulting in finished goods with superior stability, clarity, and shine.
